Follow Nelson Mandela in an easterly direction towards the city centre. Turn left at the robot at the Mimosa Mall, into Parfitt Avenue / General Dan Pienaar Drive. Follow General Dan Pienaar Drive in a northerly direction until you find Lucas Steyn on your left hand side. Follow Lucas Steyn, go past Ilanga Estate situated on your right hand side. Continue with this road. Less than 1 km from the Woodland Hills turnoff you will find Emoya Hotel & Spa on your left hand side.

INDEMNITY NOTICE – USE OF SPA FACILITIES (INCLUDING HOT TUBS)

All visitors and daily clients entering Emoya Spa and making use of any spa facilities, including but not limited to hot tubs, saunas, pools, treatment rooms, change rooms, lockers and surrounding areas, do so entirely at their own risk.

By entering the premises and/or making use of any spa facilities, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. You confirm that you are in good health and have no medical condition that may be aggravated by the use of spa facilities, including hot tubs, heat treatments or massage therapies.
2. You understand that the use of spa facilities may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, heat-related illness, allergic reactions or physical injury.
3. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of the facilities, whether such risks are known or unknown.
4. Emoya Spa, its owners, directors, employees, contractors and agents shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage or death suffered by any person or to any property, howsoever arising, whether due to negligence or otherwise.
5. You hereby indemnify and hold harmless Emoya Spa against any claims, demands, actions or legal proceedings arising from your use of the facilities.
6. Children are only permitted in designated areas and must be supervised at all times.
7. All spa rules, safety instructions and staff directions must be strictly adhered to.

If you are pregnant, suffer from a heart condition, high blood pressure, epilepsy, skin sensitivities, or any other medical condition, you are advised to consult a medical professional before using any spa facilities.

Your presence on the premises constitutes acceptance of this indemnity.
